Terms of use
Last updated:
These terms govern the use of digitalserver.dev. By browsing it or submitting the contact form, you accept what is described here. They supplement SOFTGAT’s general terms published at https://www.softgat.net/terms.
1. Purpose of the site
This site is informational and commercial: it presents SOFTGAT’s digital engineering services (artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and custom software) and allows you to send a contact request. Published information is not a binding offer or a contract; the scope, price and timeline of any service are agreed in writing in a specific proposal.
2. Examples and illustrative content
The cases and scenarios shown are conceptual examples and are labelled as fictional. They do not describe client projects or guaranteed results.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts; not to bypass submission limits or the anti-bot verification; not to send unlawful, misleading, spam or malicious content; and not to bulk-extract the site’s content.
4. Contact form
By submitting the form you declare that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Submission does not by itself create a contractual relationship. We receive an email notification and store the request in our database; if the notification email fails, the request is still kept and retried.
5. Intellectual property
The brand, design, text and code of this site belong to SOFTGAT or are used under licence. Stock photographs are used in accordance with their licences. Reproduction without permission is not allowed, except for short quotations with attribution.
6. Availability and external links
We may modify, suspend or withdraw the site or any of its sections without prior notice. Links to third-party sites are offered for reference; we do not control their content and accept no responsibility for them.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SOFTGAT is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to consumers by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the United Mexican States. For any clarification you can write to admin@softgat.net.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force and its last-updated date will always be on this page.
