Actual channels to report a problem related to digitalserver.dev or request help with an ongoing proposal.
1. Email
Write to admin@softgat.net. This is the main channel and the mailbox we monitor.
2. Contact form
You can also use the site’s contact form, in the “Contact” section. Each submission is recorded and generates a notification to the same mailbox, with a reference you can quote.
3. What to include
Describe what you expected, what happened and roughly when; add the affected URL, browser and device, and attach a screenshot if useful. If your message is about a previous submission, include the reference you received.
4. Response time
We do not publish a guaranteed response time. Requests are handled in order of arrival; if your case is urgent or affects a production service, say so in the subject line so it can be prioritised.
5. Security
To report a vulnerability, write to admin@softgat.net with the subject “Security” and avoid including third-party data. Do not run tests that affect the availability of this site or other clients’ services.
