This notice explains which personal data we collect when you use digitalserver.dev, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
SOFTGAT (Baja California, Mexico) is the controller of the personal data you provide through this site. Contact: admin@softgat.net. This notice supplements SOFTGAT’s general privacy notice published at https://www.softgat.net/privacy.
2. Data we collect
From the contact form and the support widget form: name, email address or WhatsApp number when you choose that channel, company, service of interest, subject, message content, page language, date and time of submission, evidence of consent and the outcome of the anti-bot verification. From site usage: minimal technical records needed to operate and protect the service (for example, rate-limit counters). We do not request financial or health data, nor special categories of data.
3. Purposes
We use your data to: (a) receive, classify and answer your enquiry; (b) contact you by email to follow up; (c) keep an internal record that allows us to handle clarifications; and (d) prevent abuse, spam and automated submissions. We do not use this data for advertising or commercial profiling, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
4. Legal basis and consent
Processing is based on the consent you give by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form, and on SOFTGAT’s legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to admin@softgat.net; withdrawal does not affect submissions already made.
5. Anti-bot verification with Cloudflare Turnstile
To protect the form against automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When the page loads and when the form is submitted, Cloudflare processes technical data about your connection and browser (for example IP address and device signals) for the sole purpose of distinguishing people from bots and issuing a verification token that our server validates once. Turnstile is not used for advertising or to build behavioural profiles for commercial purposes. If verification is not passed, the form is not submitted. 6. Retention
We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to handle it and, afterwards, for the period required for clarifications or to comply with applicable legal obligations. Technical security records (rate-limit counters and already-used verification tokens) are kept for short periods and deleted automatically. When data is no longer needed it is securely removed.
7. Recipients and transfers
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessed only by authorised SOFTGAT staff and by technology providers acting on SOFTGAT’s behalf under confidentiality obligations: the website hosting provider, the email provider that delivers the notification and Cloudflare for anti-bot verification. We make no international transfers beyond those implied by these technical services.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, and withdraw your consent, by writing to admin@softgat.net. Please include your name, the email address you used and a clear description of your request. We will respond within the periods set by applicable Mexican personal data protection law.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, applies security headers, rate-limits submissions and validates requests on the server. No system is infallible; if we detected an incident affecting your rights we would communicate it through the contact details you provided.
10. Changes to this notice
If we change how we process your data, we will update this notice and its last-updated date. The version in force will always be available on this page.
